This 3 Habits Transformed Me...

In my last email, I talked about my recent livestream. I’m not sure if you had the chance to watch it or not, so I wanted to quickly summarize the core idea - and also add something extra that I didn’t have time to mention.

One of the main principles that has guided me for years is very

simple

I compare myself only to my past self.

Not to other creators, not to people on Instagram, not to people who had different starting positions than me.

Just me vs. me - the version of myself from 1 year ago, 2 years ago, 5 years ago.

I compare my progress in every area

  • my personal life

  • my social life

  • my health and physique

  • my sports and physical performance

  • my language skills

  • my business growth

  • my freedom, my lifestyle, my opportunities

And when I look around, I notice something: most people don’t change.

They have dreams - to live abroad, to date internationally, to build a business, to learn a foreign language - but years go by and nothing happens.

They don’t have habits. They don’t have the mindset that pushes them forward every day.

This mindset - competing with myself - is what helped me go from

literally nothing to

  • running an international company

  • helping people from all around the world

  • being recognized on the streets

  • communicating directly with mentors who inspired me years ago

  • traveling full-time

  • living a life of freedom, not a 9-to-5

  • mastering some of the world’s most difficult languages

  • becoming financially stable

  • and reaching the top level in the field I love

And today, I want to share the 3 habits that supported all of this transformation. These are the habits I’ve tested over many years.

These are the habits I return to again and again.

And these are the habits that genuinely changed my life.

Habit #1: Reading Books & Watching Educational Courses

This is my foundation.

I read: business, psychology, self-development, communication, language learning.

And I constantly watch educational video courses.

This is the habit that opened my mind, changed my thinking, and upgraded my entire worldview.

Habit #2: Learning Languages Daily

Languages completely transformed my life.

They helped me improve my career, travel the world, make new friends, date internationally, and become confident in every social situation. Mastering multiple languages made me sharper, more focused, and more disciplined.

And learning daily - even 30 minutes - created years of unstoppable momentum.

Habit #3: Sports & Training

Gym, martial arts, running, swimming - anything.

Physical training changed everything: my energy, my discipline, my confidence, my mental clarity, and my ability to work hard for long periods of time.

A strong body gives you a strong mind.

And a strong mind gives you a strong life.

These 3 habits influenced every other area: my confidence, my social life, my discipline, my consistency, my emotional stability, my ability to take risks, to communicate, to lead, to grow.

When you see yourself improving every month… every year… your confidence goes up automatically.

And that’s exactly why my livestream - and the previous email - were called “How to Be Confident.

Because confidence is not magic.

It’s not personality.

It’s not luck.

It’s simply the result of watching yourself grow.
